A brief guide to ordering from us.

For all projects, we are more than happy to discuss your requirements and to be involved from the very beginning, taking your project from an idea to a finished product. Please call or email us to discuss your requirements.

Alternatively, we are pleased to accept projects at finished artwork stage and the following is a guide to software and formats that artwork should be supplied.

We can reproduce work saved in the following software versions: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Please ensure that all elements are supplied including imported eps, bitmap, and all fonts.

On all of the above, please ensure that text is converted to outlines or curves to avoid complications or differences between fonts. Whenever possible, please select Pantone colours within the software for spot colours and any colour bitmap images should be saved as CMYK. When the software specified above cannot be used, vector images should be saved in an eps format and bitmap images should be saved as a tiff or jpeg.

To achieve a final output resolution of 720dpi for solvent prints viewed up close, your file would need to be no lower than 300dpi when at full size (eg a file scanned or supplied at 1/10th final size would have to be at 750dpi). For large vehicle graphics or backdrops, only half the resolution is required.

Colour matching & proofing

Please supply a hard copy colour proof with Pantone references when a colour match is required. On larger projects it is possible for a proof printed onto the specific material for approval. This may carry a small extra charge.
